"Hands down one of the best pizza matches for our taste! We highly recommend trying the Pizza N° 2, which uses the "double cooked" method (fried and then baked). The result is an absolutely perfect dough – light, crispy on the outside, and incredibly airy inside, with a sophisticated texture that stands out from any traditional pizza. The ingredients were remarkably fresh, from the premium Parma ham to the aromatic basil pesto and rich buffalo cream. Our second choice, the "Capricciosa," was equally impressive, featuring high-quality fior di latte mozzarella and very fresh artichokes and mushrooms. The natural fermentation of the dough makes a huge difference in terms of lightness and digestibility. If you are in Monopoli, Il Quadrifoglio is a mandatory stop for anyone looking for top-tier pizza and authentic Italian flavors!"

"Very busy restaurant at night, but also huge amount of seating inside and outside. Service was a little strange, certain people for certain services - one person couldn’t do everything, making it very slow. We tried a few pizzas and salads and they were all very nice. Fresh produce with great flavor."
